Job TitleThis is a fast paced environment requiring excellent communication skills, teamwork and the ability to organize and prioritize.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMust obtain a Multimatic forklift license and complete crane training and operate each safely and effectivelyPossess high forklift skill levelMust be able to drive, load and unload materials, components and equipment in confined spacesMust be able to safely stack and unstack containers/racksAble to effectively and efficiently utilize time and follow standardized routes as instructedMust adhere to all Safety requirements and protocolsReport immediately any accidents, near misses, collisions, etc.Report immediately any inventory discrepancies, damaged racking & containersPerforms any other duties as directed by the supervisor or designeeQualifications And RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write effective correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Effectively represent the company professionally to customers, clients, suppliers, truck drivers and other employees of the organization.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add and subtract three digit numbers and multiply and divide. Ability to use the aforementioned skills using units of US dollars, weight measurement, volume and distance. Ability to use micrometers and dial calipers.Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written instructions.
