Join our healthcare team in Crystal City, TX, and play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, diagnosing medical conditions, prescribing treatment plans, and supporting patients throughout their healthcare journeys.

Deliver Patient Care:

• Perform comprehensive physical exams and collect patient histories.
• Assess symptoms and diagnose a range of medical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging) to support clinical decisions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Patient Education and Support:

• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, and lifestyle changes.
• Provide preventive care including immunizations, screenings, and wellness checkups.
• Promote long-term health and disease prevention strategies.

Collaborate with Healthcare Teams:

• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Participate in care team meetings and share input on patient progress.
• Offer clinical guidance to support staff when needed.

Monitor Progress & Ensure Compliance:

• Track treatment effectiveness and modify care plans as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records using electronic health records (EHR).
• Comply with HIPAA regulations and current healthcare standards.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active NP license in the state of Texas.
• Board Certification (e.g., FNP, AGNP) required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a clinical or primary care setting is a plusbut new grads are welcome!
• Excellent diagnostic and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
