Clinical Research Scientist

To support a growing research initiative, the remote Senior Clinical Research Scientist will conceptualize research questions, analyze diverse data sources, and communicate findings through various formats while focusing on health economics and outcomes research (HEOR). Key responsibilities Design and conduct studies to generate evidence for Omada's programs, including advanced statistical analyses and evaluation plans Lead HEOR analyses to assess cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and utilization across various condition areas Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into impactful narratives for stakeholders Required qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience with a PhD, DrPH, PharmD, MD, ScD, or equivalent advanced training in a related field Demonstrated experience in designing and executing HEOR or health services research studies Strong expertise in claims data and healthcare quality measures related to chronic disease Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, STATA, SQL, R, or Python 3+ years of healthcare analytics experience, including familiarity with medical and pharmacy claims data
