This is a non-litigation opportunity for an attorney with experience advising healthcare organizations on complex federal and state regulatory matters. Location & Work Arrangement The position is available in Dallas, Texas; Salt Lake City, Utah; or Amarillo, Texas. California-licensed attorneys with 5+ years of direct healthcare regulatory and compliance experience may be considered for a fully remote arrangement anywhere in the United States. About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an attorney who can advise healthcare clients across a broad range of regulatory, compliance, transactional, licensing, and reimbursement matters. The successful candidate will work with healthcare organizations on issues involving the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, False Claims Act, Medicare, and Medicaid, while also assisting with agreements, compliance programs, audits, investigations, licensing matters, and healthcare transactions. This role is particularly well suited for an attorney who wants to focus on sophisticated healthcare regulatory and compliance work outside of litigation. Responsibilities Advise healthcare clients on federal and state regulatory and compliance matters Counsel clients regarding the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, and False Claims Act Advise on Medicare and Medicaid regulatory and reimbursement issues Draft and review healthcare agreements and compliance materials Assist with healthcare licensing and regulatory matters Support clients through audits and investigations Advise on reimbursement-related issues Provide regulatory support for healthcare transactions Conduct legal research and prepare clear, practical written guidance Recommended Qualifications JD from an ABA-accredited law school Relevant attorney licensure Direct experience with healthcare regulatory and compliance matters Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze complex healthcare regulations and provide practical legal guidance Preferred Qualifications For candidates seeking a fully remote arrangement, the firm may consider attorneys who: Are licensed to practice law in California Have 5+ years of direct healthcare regulatory and compliance experience Benefits information was not provided.
