About the Role

SoftClouds is looking for an experienced Senior Solution Consultant to support strategic enterprise sales opportunities across North America. This highly customer-facing role combines business discovery, solution shaping, executive storytelling, and demonstrations.

The successful candidate will work across SoftClouds' portfolio, including Oracle CX, Oracle EPM, Salesforce, Kapture AI, Cloud, and related enterprise technologies. This is not simply a product demo role; the focus is understanding the customer's business problem and translating it into a compelling solution and business value story.

We do not expect candidates to be experts across all these technologies or every industry we serve. We value deep expertise in at least one enterprise platform, combined with strong solution-selling skills, learning agility, and the ability to bring the right specialists together.

What We're Looking For

·       8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, CRM, CX, EPM, solution consulting, pre-sales, or related areas.

·       5+ years of customer-facing consulting or pre-sales experience, ideally supporting North American enterprise customers.

·       Strong experience with at least one major enterprise platform such as Oracle CX, Salesforce, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or a comparable enterprise SaaS platform.

·       Exceptional business acumen, discovery skills, and consultative solution-selling ability.

·       Strong executive presence, presentation, storytelling, and demonstration skills.

·       Excellent spoken and written English, with clear and effective communication for North American customers.

·       Ability to engage confidently with both business and technology stakeholders and handle unscripted questions.

·       Ability to quickly learn new technologies, industries, and customer environments.

·       Experience collaborating with solution architects, consultants, developers, and product specialists.

·       Willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops, conferences, and strategic pursuits as required.

The candidate does not need to be an AI engineer, but should be comfortable discussing business applications of Generative AI, AI Agents / Agentic AI, Enterprise Search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Management, AI-assisted Sales and Customer Service, and intelligent workflow automation.

You can walk into a prospect meeting, understand the customer's business challenge through intelligent discovery, and help shape a compelling solution. You know when you can lead the solution yourself - and when to bring in a specialist.

You don't need to know everything. You need to know how to understand the problem, shape the solution, tell the story, and bring the right people together.

·       Lead discovery sessions to understand business challenges, processes, priorities, technology landscape, and desired outcomes.

·       Translate business requirements into solution concepts, business-process flows, architectures, and value propositions.

·       Develop and deliver customer-specific solution decks, demonstrations, executive briefings, and 'Day in the Life' stories.

·       Configure and demonstrate solutions within your areas of expertise, while orchestrating SoftClouds SMEs for specialized capabilities.

·       Connect technology capabilities to measurable business outcomes and present effectively to both business and technology stakeholders.

·       Support RFPs/RFIs, proposals, workshops, proof-of-concepts, and strategic sales pursuits.

·       Help transition successful pursuits from pre-sales into delivery.

·       Oracle CX - Fusion Sales, Fusion Service, CPQ, PRM, Intelligent Advisor, and related capabilities.

·       Oracle EPM - Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, FP&A, Financial Close, Reconciliation, and related capabilities.

·       Salesforce - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Manufacturing Cloud, and related solutions.

·       Kapture AI - Enterprise Search, Knowledge Management, AI Agent Builder, Service Connect, and Agentic AI use cases.

·       AI & Cloud - Generative AI, Agentic AI, AWS, Azure, OCI, integrations, data, and related technologies.

Candidates are not expected to have hands-on expertise across this entire portfolio. Meaningful depth in at least one major enterprise platform or solution area is required; broader platform knowledge is a plus.
