Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition SummaryOwns finished-goods packaging and bulk inventory management for flower SKUs. Manages packaging line throughput, label accuracy, and packaging-room compliance. Coordinates closely with Fulfillment on outbound orders.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute daily packaging runs for flower SKUs (various weights: 1g, 3.5g, 7g, 14g, 28g as applicable)Manage bulk flower inventory: receive from Harvest, allocate to packaging runs, reconcile balances dailyVerify packaging artwork, labels, and lot codes match approved specs before each runOversee state-compliant labeling: warnings, batch numbers, cannabinoid content, expirationDirect 4-6 packaging production technicians; assign and balance workloadMaintain packaging room sanitation and equipment per SOPManage packaging material inventory (jars, bags, exit bags, labels); reorder per par levels with Inventory CoordinatorTrack packaging KPIs: units per labor hour, defect rate, label error rateRequired Qualifications3+ years cannabis or regulated CPG packaging experience; 1+ year supervisoryDemonstrated knowledge of state-compliant cannabis labeling requirementsComfort managing bulk inventory and reconciling shrinkageStrong organizational and recordkeeping skillsMust pass Kentucky cannabis agent background checkPreferred QualificationsExperience with automated weigh-fill or pre-roll equipmentFamiliarity with KY medical cannabis labeling rulesPhysical Requirements & Working ConditionsStanding 8+ hours; repetitive hand motionLift up to 40 lbPackaging room PPE: hairnet, gloves, lab coat or smockPowered by JazzHRlX3QWO79aU
