Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19 - $19 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Lead Dishwasher:

• Supervise dishwashing and kitchen sanitation to help keep operations running smoothly
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Ensure dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen supplies are cleaned, stocked, and ready for service
• Keep dishwashing, kitchen, and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and safe
• Help maintain food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety standards
• Assist kitchen staff with basic back-of-house support as needed
• Remove trash, sweep, mop, and help maintain cleanliness throughout the work area
• Assist with banquet and event setup and breakdown as needed
• Help set up and break down dining areas before and after service
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and service stations
• Refill supplies and assist with general dining room support
• Coordinate supplies and inventory for dining operations
• Help manage kitchen support staff, including dishwashers, porters, and other support team members
• Work as part of a team to support smooth kitchen and dining room operations
• Take direction from supervisors and assist where needed during busy service times

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Previous dishwashing, kitchen, hospitality, or kitchen support experience preferred
• Previous lead, supervisory, or team support experience preferred, but not required
• Must be comfortable working primarily in dishwashing and back-of-house areas, with some dining room support as needed
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, organization, and detail
• Must be willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities
