Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric therapy setting strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with students from kindergarten through high school
• Familiarity with IEPs and special education processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to document progress and effectively engage with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based, goal-oriented physical therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Assess, plan, and execute individualized treatment strategies
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure holistic care
• Maintain timely records of interventions, progress, and compliance requirements
• Educate families and teachers on strategies and accommodations to support student participation
• Foster a positive, encouraging environment for student growth
