The Manufacturing Quality Control Floor Inspector is responsible for examining products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications, conducting tests to determine product quality, and preparing reports on findings to facilitate the continuous improvement of production processes. What you will do Examine products and materials for defects. Conduct tests to determine product quality. Review and complete documentation on inspection and test findings. Monitor and adjust production processes to meet quality standards. Maintain records of quality control measures. Train production staff on quality control procedures. Recommend improvements to production processes. The base compensation for this position is described in the above posting. This position is also eligible to participate in our short-term incentive (bonus) plan. For hourly positions, a shift premium may apply based on the assigned work schedule.
