Join the Swell Wash Team!
We're looking for energetic, outgoing people who love talking to customers and making sales. As a Membership Sales Associate, you'll be connecting with customers, sharing the benefits of our car wash membership program, and ensuring customers drive away happy!
You'll earn additional income for every membership sold through commissions, with even more earning potential based on conversion performance and meeting monthly goals, as well as cash tips on a daily basis. If you're motivated by earning commissions and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with room to grow into management quickly, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner and create a positive first impression
- Promote and sell car wash memberships
- Explain services, answer questions and recommend products
- Cross-sell items and services such as upgrades and gift cards
- Process payments, and assist with customer concerns
- Help keep the site clean, organized and running smoothly
- Work with your team to hit sales goals and grow memberships
- Follow all safety procedures

- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
