About the Role

This includes prospecting, relationship management, proposal development, pricing negotiations, and contract execution. The role demands a strategic approach to identifying and converting target accounts across various scientific and industrial sectors, while also nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders. Candidates for the Head of Commercialization position at the company should have a bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree in a relevant life sciences discipline preferred. A strong understanding of various scientific research workflows is essential, as is a proven track record in commercializing life sciences tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in building commercialization strategies, evaluating market opportunities, and developing go-to-market models. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills are a must, as is the ability to operate in an early-stage growth environment and a willingness to travel extensively. Prior experience in scientific roles such as bench scientist, applications scientist, or technical sales specialist is highly desirable.
