Join us in the PACU where your expertise in caring for patients pre-op and during phases I and II recovery truly impacts lives! - You'll be at the forefront of post-anesthesia care, utilizing your advanced knowledge of anesthesiology to ensure patient safety and comfort. - Your critical thinking skills will shine as you assess incision sites, monitor body temperature, and track vital indicators of stability and potential complications. - Bring your past experience in critical care or surgical nursing to a vibrant team that values your skills and dedication! Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional care to patients recovering from surgery - Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions - Utilize advanced equipment such as Meditech, PCA Pumps, and various monitoring systems - Participate in ongoing education and skill enhancement opportunities Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a critical care RN (ER & ICU experience may be accepted) - Valid BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association - Hawaiian RN licensure required before your start date - PALS certification recommended for certain positions - Other specialty-related certifications (i.e., NIHSS & TNCC) are preferred - Flu vaccination or approved exception application required prior to contract start date Shift Information: - Variable shifts available: 8, 10, or 12 hours - Flexibility to work Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays - No guarantee of hours or shift preference - Occasional On-Call shifts required (0-3 times per month) Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
