Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray with 2+ years of experience and current ARRT certification to provide flex coverage across multiple facility locations.

Details

• Provides flex coverage at multiple facilities including a variable-shift hospital, a 12-hour shift hospital with on-call responsibilities, and a clinic with Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts
• Shift lengths vary between 8, 10, and 12 hours depending on facility assignment
• Call responsibilities range from 3-4 call days per week to an average of 3 call days per month depending on assignment
• Holiday coverage is required
• No guarantee of hours or requested time off

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
• Current ARRT certification and BLS certification required
• State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license required (license required if applicable)
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency operating radiographic equipment and functioning independently without supervision
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and must have a dosimeter badge
• Experience with Meditech EMR, Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, and Konica DR preferred

Additional Information

• Must arrive on island the Thursday or Friday prior to the Monday start date to complete HR and Employee Health clearance appointments
• Candidates who cannot meet the required arrival date should not accept the offered start date
