Key Responsibilities Assess and treat patients with physical or cognitive conditions to improve self-care, mobility, and independence. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Maintain clear documentation of clinical activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress. Qualifications & Skills Current unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in Oregon. Healthcare Provider BLS certification. Knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation principles. Strong communication and counseling skills. Effective business writing and documentation abilities. Teamwork and relationship-building skills. Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
