Job Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Associate Panel Build Technician assists in assembling and wiring industrial control panels and sub-assemblies by following work instructions, training, and guidance from senior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components using detailed work instructions
• Perform basic wiring, labeling, and component mounting
• Participate in training and skill development
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Support senior technicians in panel builds and electrical assembly tasks

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience required
• Ability to follow written and visual technical instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of hand tools
• Willingness to learn electrical assembly

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs. Production environment.
