Assembly Worker

Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Assembly Workers for a great company in Visalia, CA . This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with multiple shifts available. No previous experience is required-paid training will be provided!

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (40 hours per week)
3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM

Job Duties

Assemble small electronic components, including diodes.
Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
Use good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work safely while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting decimals.
Ability to read and use measuring tools such as calipers and understand tolerances.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
