Title: Solutions Consultant (Outside Sales)

Type: 1099 or FT (depending on your state)

Location: Field Sales (based on your current location)

As a Paybility Solutions Consultant youll spend your days meeting local business owners face-to-face and showing them a better way to manage critical business services including:

Every conversation has the potential to change a business. Every new client becomes part of your growing portfolioand every month that portfolio continues paying you recurring production residuals as those merchants continue utilizing Paybility services. You dont just earn once; you build continuous compounding income.

This role is 100% performance-based with no base salary . We believe in complete transparency because we value your time. What to Expect Financially

Because compensation is tied directly to production every candidate should have a thoughtful financial plan before starting (savings support from family spouses income or secondary stability) to give your portfolio room to grow.

• Most new Consultants close their first deals within 12 weeks .
  

• Payouts and residual earnings generate as soon as merchants begin processing.
  

• Realistically it generally takes 36 months to build a portfolio large enough for recurring monthly residuals to comfortably cover typical household expenses.
  

• Note for experienced candidates: If you already have an existing portfolio of business relationships merchant transitions can begin immediately to generate production payouts in month one.
  

Qualifications & Ideal Profile

We are far more interested in attitude than resume experience. Sales experience is helpful but not requiredwe will teach you the business if you bring the ambition.

• Education: Bachelors degree (completed or graduating soon) or equivalent professional experience.
