Employment Law Associate Attorney
The Agency
We are seeking a California Employment Law Associate Attorney with 2–7 years of experience to join a growing practice. This role is ideal for attorneys with experience advising employers and handling a variety of employment law matters under California law.
Responsibilities:
- Advise employers on day-to-day California employment law issues
- Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks
- Assist with or manage employment litigation matters
- Support matters involving wage and hour claims, FEHA claims, and related disputes
- Work closely with clients to provide practical, business-focused guidance
Qualifications:
- 2–7 years of experience in employment law
- Strong working knowledge of California labor and employment laws
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
- Active membership with the California State Bar
