Job Responsibilities

• Work 12 shifts per month, with each shift lasting between 12 to 15 hours.
• Day shifts available from 7 am to 7 pm or 10 pm; Night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am or 10 am.
• Care for 25 to 30 patients within a 24-hour period.
• Focus on emergency medicine; this is not a trauma center, and referrals are made as necessary.
• Annual emergency department volume is under 10,000 visits.
• Operate under a single physician coverage model.
• ACLS and APLS certifications are mandatory.
