Join a Leading, Patient-Focused Medical Group in San Diego - Outpatient Family Medicine Physician (Full-Time)

Position Details:

• 100% Outpatient Practice- Primary Care (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine)

• Salary Range: $265,000-$340,000+ Salary range may include productivity/bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department compensation plans. Additional information is discussed during the recruitment process.

• SIGN-ON BONUS

• PAID VACATION, CME and SICK time including annual CME allowance.

• Shareholder track (2 years for 1.0FTE; 4 years for 0.5FTE)

• PAID MALPRACTICE

• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible

• Shared call (phone call only) across a large provider pool

• 4.5-day work week. Average 17-20 patients/day- Flexible scheduling available-option of 1/2 day virtual care - NO NIGHTS and NO WEEKENDS

• Board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Board certification required within 2 years of employment.

• EPIC EMR utilized system-wide
