Bilingual Branch Member Service Specialist

The Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is looking for a full-time float for our South Austin Region. This position offers a starting pay of $20.00 per hour and a sign-on bonus of up to $1,250, including an additional bilingual pay of $2.00 per hour for certified representatives. Responsibilities include providing excellent service, processing transactions, and assessing fraud risk across various branches while qualifying members and maintaining compliance with standards.
