Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid OT licensure for practice in Oregon (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT roles preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and individualized treatments to school-aged children
