Who you work with matters. We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to specialize in acquisitions while building a long-term real estate business supported by rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for an agent who wants to stay active in conversations, identify opportunities in the market, and continue developing stronger negotiation and relationship-building skills inside a collaborative team environment.

You will learn how acquisition agents source opportunities, communicate with property owners and investors, prepare offers, and help guide transactions from the first conversation through closing. Working alongside experienced real estate agents, you will gain hands-on exposure to proven strategies used across different market conditions while continuing to strengthen your confidence and consistency through daily activity.

The focus is on learning how to identify potential opportunities, position offers clearly, and maintain communication throughout the transaction process. You will also learn how strong follow-up, organization, and relationship management contribute to long-term momentum and repeat business within acquisitions.

$155,000 at plan commissions

• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends

• Find acquisition properties
• Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network
• Investment property lead generation
• Investment property lead follow-up
• Listing appointments
• Investment property buyer and seller sales

• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone

• A real estate license is required
• Sales experience
• Must live within daily driving distance of the office
