Lead Carpenter – Build High-End Residential Decks and Covered Outdoor StructuresYou will serve as a vital field leader, managing high-quality residential construction projects and guiding a dedicated team. This role is physically demanding but gives you the platform to showcase your expert craftsmanship while driving efficiency on well-planned, premium outdoor builds.
