Driver / Worker

Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our crew as a Driver/Worker. This position requires someone who can safely drive crew members to job sites, tow company trailers, and work alongside the team completing exterior construction projects. The ideal candidate must own a reliable 3/4-ton pickup truck suitable for hauling trailers, tools, equipment, and materials. Compensation will be provided for the use of the employee's truck. Responsibilities Safely transport crew members, tools, and materials to and from job sites. Tow equipment and material trailers using your personal 3/4-ton truck. Assist with installation of metal roofing systems. Help install and repair exterior siding. Assist with soffit and fascia installation and replacement. Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Follow company safety standards and procedures. Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule. Qualifications Valid driver's license and good driving record. Must own a reliable 3/4-ton pickup truck capable of towing trailers and hauling construction materials. Experience towing trailers safely and confidently. Reliable and punctual. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Comfortable working on ladders and at heights. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Construction experience is helpful but not required. Ability to work well as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
