RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS NEEDED

Residential Maintenance Technicians NeededWe have several opportunities open for residential maintenance technicians. We are looking for applicants who have a knack for hands-on work and great handyman skills. If you are a quick learner, can take direction, and have a positive attitude this could be your next role!Our hiring process is simple and can be done entirely online in minutes! Get paid weekly via direct deposit as a 1099 independent contractor. Must be able to pass a background check. The residential maintenance staff is responsible for completing all service requests at the direction of the tenant.Primary ResponsibilitiesComplete residential service tickets and provide before and after photos to log all assigned work orders accurately and in a timely fashion.Manage vacant properties by preparing them through the turnover process so the home is ready to lease to new prospects.Provide excellent customer service to tenants.Resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, installations, service, and replacements in a responsible and professional manner that meets industry standards as needed by the apartment community. This includes servicing:General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and serviceApartment maintenance experience is a plus.HVAC Certification is a plus.Ability to lift to 40 pounds and climb ladders.Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.General List of Possible Requests:Electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, and fusesLight fixturesInstallation and minor repairs of appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, washers, and dryersToilets, sinks, vanities, and disposalsCaulkingMinor carpentry repairsWindow screens and blindsInterior and exterior doorsMinor painting and drywall repairRemoving bulk trash (including appliances)Clearing drains and sewer lines up to 4'
