Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware

- Coordinate lounge and bar activities to ensure smooth operations

- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service

- Monitor and manage alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking

- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation standards and regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or licenses
