Manager of Product Security Foundations

The Mission Software Engineering team builds, deploys, integrates, extends, and scales Anduril’s software to deliver mission-critical capabilities to our customers. As the software engineers closest to Anduril customers and end-users, Mission Software Engineers solve technical challenges of operational scenarios while owning the end-to-end delivery of winning capabilities such as Counter Intrusion, Joint All Domain Command & Control, and Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems As a Manager of Product Security Foundations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a security engineering team responsible for delivering reusable, foundational security components Anduril’s products Own the development and maturation of the security roadmap for Anduril’s products Lead teams within the Product Security org to ensure Anduril products are resilient enough to survive against modern cyber threats Collaborate and build solutions with engineering teams to meet and exceed industry-standard security goals Build a strong partnership with Anduril’s engineering teams in order to develop and execute against a well aligned roadmap that covers Anduril’s portfolio globally Engage with teams to remediate uncovered weakness in designs, implementations, integrations, and processes Own processes that includes both pre-market and post-market processes engineering teams leverage throughout the product development lifecycl Benefits Full Family Health Coverage 16 Weeks Paid Parental Leave for All Caregivers Family Planning & Support Incentivized Time Off Mental Health Resources Financial Planning Unlimited Provisions Professional Development The ideal candidate has a background in electrical or software engineering, with a focus on platform security. They will be able to conduct complex security architecture reviews, research and mitigate exploits against hardware and software, and implement critical features in collaboration with other engineering teams to build resiliency into our productsExperience in platform security engineering and secure SDLC implementationExperience developing features for and improving security of firmware, applications, network, or embedded systemsDemonstrated commitment to practical, mission-enabling security solutionsExperience assessing security of firmware, applications, network, IoT, or embedded systemsFamiliarity with anti-tamper and reverse engineering mechanismsPossesses both strategic vision and technical depth, maintaining active involvement in security architecture and implementationStrong and professional communication skills (written and verbal)Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearanceRegularly builds, tests, and delivers production-ready systems, especially for embedded and/or Linux systemsProficient with one or more programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Golang, Rust, Python)Experience building endpoint detection and response solutionsExperience building factory automation for secure key handling/provisioningFamiliarity with security architectures of embedded, aerospace, or cyber-physical systemsExperience building, testing, and delivering production-ready systems, especially for embedded and/or Linux systemsExperience with programmable logic devices and their development toolsKnowledge of cyber threat actors, their TTPs, and their implications for weapon and space system operationsExperience securing complex, AI-native systemsExperience conducting incident response in cloud systems and embedded systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Anduril Industries
