The position offers an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognized division dedicated to providing high-quality clinical care to older adults and those with serious and advanced illnesses.Practice InfoJoin a nationally recognized division that provides high quality clinical care to older adults and those with serious and advanced illnesses.The program anticipates six positions a year.ResponsibilitiesManage and strategically direct the Hospice & Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program.Develop and oversee a comprehensive educational curriculum, both inpatient and outpatient.Ensure the program's full compliance with all institutional and regulatory standards.Foster the next generation of palliative care specialists.CompensationSalary: Commensurate with Experience.Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience, and productivity.Shift & ScheduleFull TimeRequirementsBoard certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.Minimum of two years' experience in a clinical practice of hospice and palliative medicine.At least two years of documented educational and/or administrative experience in an ACGME-accredited hospice and palliative medicine program.
