As Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Employee relations and supporting floor associates
Employee recognition programs
Assisting with recruiting, hiring, pre-employment screening and employee onboarding
Benefits administration, assisting with payroll and open enrollment
Maintaining employee attendance system
Coordinating leaves of absence, STD, LTD, etc
Coordinating employee events
Maintaining OSHA logs and reports

To be considered for the Human Resources Specialist position you must have:
Previous human resource generalist experience, along with at least 2 years of experience.  A BS is desired but equivalent experience will be considered.  Manufacturing experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills; outgoing personality
Have experience MS Word and Excel
Strong organization skills
