About the role Become a leader in patient care at St. Therese – St. Paul Healthcare Centre as an Acute Care and Obstetrics Unit Manager. This full‑time position emphasizes clinical excellence in a fast‑paced setting. As a key member of the leadership team, you will guide the Acute Care and Obstetrics department, enhancing patient‑centered solutions through critical thinking. Key Responsibilities Lead the Acute Care and Obstetrics team effectively. Mentor staff and inspire clinical excellence. Coordinate daily operational activities and staffing. Facilitate change management and team development. Build solid relationships with stakeholders and partners. Drive meaningful improvements in patient care and team performance. Requirements Accredited nursing education and practice permit. Minimum three to five years in medical experience. Proven leadership in decision making and coaching.
