• Assisted with structuring, negotiating, and executing financing transactions from initial stages through closing.
• Contributed to project development and finance matters, collaborating across teams to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.
• Drafted and reviewed key transaction documents, including credit agreements, security packages, and related financing instruments.
• Worked closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage transaction timelines and ensure efficient execution.
