Job Description

Salary: $22.00-$30.00 (based on experience)

Young Septic Services is looking for a dependable and hardworking Pump Truck Driver to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic, a CDL, and enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Operate and drive a pump truck to service residential and commercial septic systems.
Safely pump, transport, and dispose of waste following environmental regulations.
Perform routine truck maintenance and inspections.
Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
Complete invoices and required paperwork accurately.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

Valid CDL (Class B or A) with Tanker Endorsement
Septic industry experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather weather conditions
Strong customer service and communication skills
Willingness to work occasional overtime and emergency call-outs
