• EMR: Matrix.
• Ratios: Nurses 1: 10 on day 1:19 nights,
• Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Heart disease, diabetes, dementia.
• Job Duties: Nurse act as charge and pass meds and perform wound care.
• Experience or 'Must have' skills: LTC experience.
• Are there IVs or titratable drips?: NO.
• Area there Tele monitors? If so do you have monitor techs on this unit? Do RN's read strips?: NONE.
• Are RNs required to attend team conferences for acute inpatient rehab?: NO.
• DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: DON, no supervisors.
• Physician availability after hours: By phone on-call.
• Interdisciplinary Team: no rehab beds only LTC.
• PT/OT/SLP, Pulmonary or Cardiac Rehab, Case Managers, Social Workers, Dieticians?: PT as needed, Social worker designee.
• Is RT on-site 24/7?: NONE.
• Oxygen Therapy /Equipment (ie Cpap, Bipap, High Flow): Concentrators and portable concentrators.
• Pharmacy on-site? Medication dispensing system?: Off site.
• Shifts & Scheduling: 12hr shifts 7-7, No blocked schedule & no self-scheduling.
• Weekend Requirements: EOW.
• Holiday Requirements: Every other major holiday.
• Call or Standby Requirement: NONE.
• Floating Requirements: NONE.
• Scrub Color/Dress Code: NONE , must be clean and presentable.
• How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 2-3.

Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
