Financial Systems Analyst

Financial Systems Analyst – EPM Cloud HDR seeks a results‑driven self‑starter to support our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud systems. The analyst will maintain and review the design and configuration of EPM Cloud applications, participate in testing and design changes, and train users on business processes and systems. This position reports to the Senior EPM Manager. Responsibilities System administration and operation of EPM Cloud applications: PBC, PCM, FCC, ESG, TRC, ARC. Metadata/master data administration in EPM Cloud applications. Write and maintain EPM system business rules (Groovy) and forms. Maintain data exchange and pipelines. Utilize EPM Automate for various processes. Maintain prod and non‑prod environments including development, cloning, and restoring. Knowledge of the EPM Integration Agent. Create and maintain desktop procedure documentation for core system processes, break fixes, and maintenance. Identify and resolve system defects and issues with applications; escalated to Oracle Support or vendor as needed. Develop and maintain EPM financial reports. Support Smart View and Excel add‑in installation and troubleshooting. Assist with assigning EPM user security (application and dimension levels). Provide end‑user support for application training and reporting training. Reconcile EPM Cloud data to source systems. Maintain, enhance and administer data loads from EBS and other sources. Translate business requirements into EPM technical solutions. Present system changes to the internal Change Advisory Board (CAB). Review Oracle patching details and test EPM systems prior to patch release. Participate in rotating schedule to cover Saturday month‑end close activities. Support various system transformation processes. Collaborate with internal teams: Security and Controls, Master Data, ERP, Enterprise Data Operations/Snowflake, Accounting, Operations Finance, FP&A, Federal and Tax. Special projects as assigned that may include high‑level project planning and project management. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a finance/accounting/systems support role in a large organization. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or applicable field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated, well organized, able to work independently on multiple competing priorities. Highly organized and detail oriented with initiative and curiosity for process improvement. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience with AI tools for process improvement. Ability to present financial system data to finance and non‑finance users succinctly. Knowledge of master data hierarchies and currency translation a plus. Experience with Hyperion and/or EPM Cloud applications, Oracle E Business Suite, Snowflake, Co‑pilot, Alteryx is a plus. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Business/Accounting/Finance preferred) or equivalent experience. Minimum of 1 year of related experience. Capacity to become subject‑matter expert for applications. Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work across functional teams. Experience authoring business requirements, functional specs, and test scripts. Project management skills. Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Ticket management and issue resolution including working with 3rd party support vendors. Relevant module experience in functional or technical working knowledge.
