There is no shortcut to success here. About the Role This is a field-based sales role focused on: Territory growth Provider relationship management In-home patient support and device delivery You are not simply selling products. You are helping providers improve patient outcomes without relying on opioids. What You’ll LOVE Doing Building relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams Growing and managing your own territory like a business owner Educating providers on non-opioid recovery solutions Conducting lunch-and-learns and in-office product demonstrations Personally delivering devices to patients and training them on proper use Creating long-term impact through consistent follow-up and service Key Skills & Experience Territory Management Prospecting & Relationship Building Medical Sales or Healthcare Sales Experience Account Development CRM Usage (Salesforce or similar) Time Management & Route Planning Independent Self-Management Consultative Selling Previous medical device or healthcare sales experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person with the right mindset. Qualifications Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Strong communication and relationship-building skills Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed You may be a fit if people describe you as: Driven Resourceful Competitive Coachable Resilient Curious Dependable You take ownership. Typical earnings range from: $60,000 - $150,000+ annually based on performance Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs Frequent driving and local travel Ability to stand, bend, and move equipment as needed Comfortable working in both clinical and patient home environments HIGH-ACHIEVERS ONLY This is a highly competitive opportunity.
