We are looking for candidates who take initiative, love to learn, work hard, and have a stable work history.Please note:* Relocation is **not**offered.* VISA Sponsorship is **not**available.**What You’ll Do:*** The Plumbing Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems in commercial and industrial settings.* The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.* Read blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials* Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs* Inspect plumbing systems for safety and functionality* Drain cleaning* Collaborate with internal skilled trades, Operations, and contractors* Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used**Education:*** You have your High School Diploma/GED**What Skills You Need:*** Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or vocational training* Valid plumbing license (as required by local/state regulations)* Proven experience as a plumber* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills* Physical stamina and dexterity* Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions* May require lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces**What Makes You Stand Out:*** Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing* Certification in backflow prevention**Physical Requirements:*** Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.* Ability to work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and occupied buildings.* Ability to distinguish wire colors and use diagnostic instruments.* Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies when required.**Work Environment:**This position operates in office, laboratory, industrial, and mechanical room environments.
