Security Specialist

Job Description As a Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading the successful delivery of security system projects for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities Maintain excellent customer relations, includes prompt response to customer requests and maintaining frequent customer contact. Performance of service calls and break fix activities when required or as work schedule dictates. Documentation of all activities and reporting to Service Team. Must agree and adhere to the On-Call schedule, where you will be expected to be available for service calls after hours for one week at a time based on the schedule. Verify field installations are properly executed, following industry and CTCI standards. Troubleshoot system issues and promptly resolve. Assist in punch list creation for installation team if required. Manage small installation projects as the Director of Security Operations sees fit. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. Work Environment & Benefits Job Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid or on-site; travel to project sites as needed.
