The CDL-A Driver will safely transport primarily refrigerated, no-touch freight across assigned over-the-road routes while maintaining full compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards. This position requires a safety-first mindset, professionalism behind the wheel, and the ability to consistently deliver freight on schedule while protecting company equipment and customer cargo.

Transportation Operations

• Safely transport freight throughout assigned over-the-road routes.
• Operate commercial vehicles in full compliance with DOT regulations.
• Complete comprehensive pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation documentation.
• Practice defensive driving techniques while maintaining a strong safety record.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch regarding deliveries, route changes, and operational updates.
• Represent the company with professionalism during customer interactions.

Freight Responsibilities

• Transport primarily refrigerated, no-touch freight.
• Operate late-model Freightliner tractors (three years old or newer).
• Pull modern 53-foot trailers equipped with automatic transmissions.
• Complete over-the-road assignments lasting approximately two to three weeks.
• Ensure cargo remains secure throughout transportation.
• Deliver freight safely while meeting scheduled delivery commitments.

Work Location

Onsite – Madison, Wisconsin

Compensation

• 10 Immediate Openings
• Weekly Earnings: $1,202 – $1,512
• Annual Earnings: $62,504 – $78,624
• Competitive CPM Pay

Schedule

• Solo Driver Position
• Home Every Two to Three Weeks
• Two to Three Days Off Between Runs
• Over-the-Road Operations

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum three months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• Safe driving history with a strong commitment to DOT compliance.
• Ability to support extended over-the-road assignments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Stable employment history.
• U.S.-based citizens only. No exceptions.
• Must currently reside within 100 miles of Madison, Wisconsin, or be willing to relocate before employment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous over-the-road driving experience.
• Experience hauling refrigerated freight.
• Experience operating automatic transmission tractors.
