We are expanding our brokerage team. Whether you are new to the industry or a seasoned broker looking for a stronger platform, you'll join an elite, tight-knit team where your production is the only ceiling.

What you'll do

• Proactively prospect commercial property owners across Miami, with a commitment to 100+ calls per day
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners, investors and developers
• Source and market investment sales and leasing opportunities
• Log all activity, contacts and deal information in DWNTWN's proprietary software
• Become an expert in the Miami market: comps, ownership, zoning, development pipeline and trends

What we're looking for

• Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license (required)
• Some understanding of commercial real estate preferred, but not required for candidates with the right drive
• Relentless work ethic, discipline and resilience
• Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine desire to build a career in brokerage
• Strong communication skills, comfortable on the phone and in person
• Coachable, with a hunger for continuous improvement
