Duties Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including auto collisions, premises liability, and wrongful death. Conduct thorough client intakes and assess liability and damages. Develop case strategies and build compelling demand packages. Draft persuasive demand letters and negotiate with insurance carriers. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding case status. Coordinate with medical providers and specialists throughout the claims process. Prepare transition files for trial when necessary. Maintain accurate records in the case management system. Collaborate with paralegals and case managers to advance cases. Stay informed on Arkansas personal injury law and insurance practices. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school. Active Arkansas State Bar license in good standing. Experience in personal injury law, either pre-litigation or litigation. Strong negotiation skills and ability to advocate for clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently. Proficiency with legal case management software. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Active Arkansas State Bar license in good standing.
