Multifamily Facilities Manager - Portfolio Maintenance

Scott Management, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational consistency of its multifamily property portfolio. Located in Alexandria, VA, this role requires a candidate with 5 to 8 years of facilities or maintenance management experience, strong technical knowledge of building systems, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include supporting maintenance, conducting property inspections, and administering the company safety program. Experience with HVAC and vendor management is preferred.
