What You'll Do

• Conduct screenings and evaluations for patients with cognitive and/or ADL functioning disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following all regulatory standards.
• Provide rehabilitative treatments, including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device training.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments accordingly; document outcomes effectively.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with team members regarding patient care and progress updates.
• Support supervisory responsibilities for occupational therapy assistants and students.
• Document all interventions and maintain patient records in electronic systems.
• Participate in care conferences, meetings, and ongoing training sessions.

What You Need

• Valid Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license.
• Previous experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and treatment skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
