Job Function:
- Schedule/Location: EAST NY Brooklyn | Monday to Friday 9-5pm
- Conducts comprehensive history and physical examinations.
- Manages primary medical care
- Assesses patient conditions, sets goals, and prescribes appropriate interventions.
- Documents clinical information in electronic health records.
- Collaborates with healthcare providers to plan patient care.
- Orders and interprets laboratory and diagnostic tests.
- New York State licensure.
- Experience in Primary Care
- Preferred experience with electronic health records.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
- Maintenance of required CMEs/CEUs.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
- 1 year of experience required.
