This role combines exceptional customer service with staff development, operational support, and compliance oversight to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Assist customers with account openings, maintenance, and service-related inquiries. - Supervise, train, and support Customer Service Representatives. - Resolve customer concerns and assist with non-routine transactions. - Support online banking services and research customer account issues. - Monitor compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. - Manage vault operations and promote bank products through referrals. - Maintain confidentiality and perform additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** and Experience - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Ability to work scheduled shifts Monday - Friday. - One to three years of banking, customer service, or related experience preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. - Knowledge of banking products, basic accounting principles, and operational procedures. - Ability to exercise sound judgment, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
