Sterile Processing Technician

Overview Performs reprocessing and sterilization of surgical instruments. Works independently across tasks including maintenance, decontamination, prep, sterilization, and proper handling and storage of instruments. Responsibilities Perform reprocessing and sterilization of surgical instruments in accordance with sterile processing procedures. Maintain and decontaminate instruments and equipment; prep and package for sterilization; ensure proper handling and storage. Adhere to safety and infection control guidelines and document processes as required.
