Train and supervise FOH staff, including Expos, to uphold Mi Cocina standards. Execute and monitor daily operations, inventory, labor schedules, and compliance. Uphold cleanliness, safety, and food quality in every shift. Handle hiring, training, coaching, and performance management with care and consistency. Partner with the Restaurant Director to achieve business goals and exceed guest expectations. What We’re Looking For in a Restaurant Service Manager: 3+ years of experience in front-of-house restaurant management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Food Manager and Alcohol Server Certifications (or ability to obtain). Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Tech-savvy with comfort using POS systems, Outlook, and Word. Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
