Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician - Senior Living to join our team. As a senior living maintenance professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep tasks. Responsibilities:
- Assist with getting empty apartments ready for new residents by painting and making small repairs
- Support the Maintenance Director with various projects using your general handyman skills
- Keep supplies organized and ready to use for the next project
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep tasks to ensure the community's overall upkeep
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
