Insurance Claims and Policy Processing Clerk

GH Multi Investments Inc. seeks Insurance Claims and Policy Processing Clerk in Pembroke Pines, FL to process routine insurance agency documentation related to new submissions, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, claims intake and policy servicing; review forms and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy; coordinate missing information with clients and carriers; update policy records and tracking systems; monitor renewal activity, claims status and outstanding items; prepare status reports; and escalate licensed sales, underwriting or claims determination issues to authorized personnel. Requires High school/GED and 6 months of experience in insurance policy processing, claims processing, or administrative support in an insurance environment. Requires basic computer/data entry skills, knowledge of insurance terminology and policy documentation, effective communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines.
