Corporate HR Manager

Serving as a strategic partner, the full-time Corporate HR Manager will lead human resource activities for designated Corporate and Commercial functions, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and operational excellence in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Act as the primary HR business partner, influencing leaders and supporting organizational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives Manage employee relations matters, providing coaching and consultation on performance management and conflict resolution Ensure accurate HR data management and compliance within Workday, driving process improvements and HR technology initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience partnering with leaders Demonstrated proficiency in Workday and HR processes Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other advanced HR certification preferred
